We know that you want your order…fast!
..so orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed. Domestic (UK) orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We’ll even post your order on Saturday if the order is placed on a Friday. We currently offer recorded UK delivery so you can get your products as quickly as possible! All of our orders are sent by recorded delivery to ensure that you can track your delivery from the moment it leaves the post office! Want to find out where your order is? You’ll be given a tracking number on request. You can check where your delivery is by entering your tracking code here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
- Royal Mail Recorded delivery – 2-5 working days (usually 2-3 working days in our experience!) – £2.49

If your order hasn’t arrived by the number of days outlined above, please allow up to one week for shipping and handling of all orders
Our items are often available for pre-order up to two weeks before a delivery is expected. When the delivery arrives, we’ll send your order out the very next day by 1st class recorded mail. Should you wish to be updated on the status of your preorder, get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll update you. The expected delivery date is always stated on the product, however, there may be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we’ll keep you informed on the status of your order. Rest assured that it is coming!
International Shipping ♡
We Ship worldwide! Just enter your zip code / postcode at the checkout and your shipping fee will be calculated for you!
All of international shipping options are tracked shipping options so you can request a tracking code and know exactly where your items are located.
We’ve had plenty of international orders! Our amazing international customers say that the delivery takes 5-7 working days on average!
At Phoebe and Alf we take great pride in our reputation for quality, service, and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 28 days from your original purchase date, you may receive a refund or an exchange. All returns or exchanges must have the original tags attached, be in their original packaging, and must not have been worn or used.
Due to UK Health Regulations we cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn, washed, dried, soiled, stained, or covered in pet hair. We will also refuse returns that have an odour such as smoke or perfume. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
When will I get my Refund or Exchange?
Refunds for items returned within 28 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. Please allow one week for a refund/exchange to be processed and appear on your credit card billing statement or payment. If the items returned have been tampered with or damaged after leaving our store, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Phoebe and Alf accept no liability and will not be responsible for any loss, claims, damage, injuries, expense or suffering incurred as a result of any product or services provided by us.
